Does Racchord listen to my playing?
No. Only the tuner uses the microphone. After each round you mark it yourself as "That was clean" or "Not yet".
The tuner shows "No sound yet"
Pluck one string at a time and hold the phone within about 1 m of the guitar. If it still shows nothing, allow the microphone in Settings > Racchord.
I can't hear the click over my guitar
Use one earbud. Wired headphones keep the click exactly on time.
How does the tempo ladder work?
Each lesson starts near 50 BPM. A clean round adds 5 BPM. A clean round at the goal tempo completes the lesson.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the You tab and tap Restore purchase, or tap it on the Full Course screen.
Does it need internet?
No, except to buy the Full Course.
How do I reset progress?
Open the You tab and tap Reset progress. Your purchase is not affected.
